The NoW Hackathon is our signature innovation framework that has been brought to over 100 companies, conferences and communities since our first “event” was hosted in 2015.
Over the years we have continually refined the framework so it brings the essence of Design-Thinking and JTBD (jobs to be done), and blends it with the spirt of the Hackathon. Generally hosted over a full-day, the rapid ideation, concept building and pitch session can bring cross-functional teams together to begin solving any organizational challenge or opportunity.

Our programs meet many Government training grant criteria. These programs will reimburse a substantial portion our fees, and we would be happy to connect you with our current grant partners to assist you in the application process.
Innovating in the NoW
In the context of innovation, having shared language, understanding and urgency throughout your leadership team is imperative.
In this multi-session program, our team will demystify the most common innovation terms, frameworks and mindsets. Participants will be challenged to debate the relevance and application of the content to their business, and will leave inspired to begin investing in their team’s innovation journey!

We find most success in initially training 2-3 people through hands-on experiences, real-time coaching, and never-ending virtual support. The only pre-requisite is that you have a backlog of problems to solve that the trainees can use as they learn how to facilitate the NoW Hackathon!
